Daniel Kwok is President of Philip Crosby Associates (PCA)’s Asia Pacific operations. PCA was founded by internationally acclaimed management guru Philip Crosby and is an established education and consulting firm that specializes in organizational culture development. PCA has the expertise and resource to help management develop and lead integrity-based, customer-centric and “zero defects” cultures where doing the right things right is routine. Daniel had worked closely with Philip Crosby from 1984 until the latter’s death in 2001. He had consulted with over 100 companies in 20 countries across five continents, including ASEAN, China, Japan, India, Africa, UK, USA, Australia and New Zealand. Daniel’s clients include Alcan, American Express, Amoco, Austal Ships, Baxter Healthcare, Bradken, Business South Australia, Chulalongkorn University, Citibank, DBS Bank, Containers Packaging, Engen South Africa, Electricity Supply Industry Planning Council (South Australia), Exxon Chemicals, General Motors, Holy Spirit Hospital, ICI, ICL, Ingersoll-Rand, Johnson and Johnson, Nestlé, OCBC Group, Pepsico Foods, PETRONAS Group, Public Trustee NSW, Rheem, Siemens China, Smorgon, Syngenta, Transfield and Terra Gas Trader. Daniel graduated with honors in Psychology from the University of NSW in 1972. He is well regarded amongst clients and conference audiences for delivering practical and valuable lessons from his experience in strategy consulting, organizational transformation and personal development over the last two decades. He is author of “Every Soldier A Winner” a book on Transactional Analysis and co-wrote “Quality Management and the Thought Leader” with Philip Crosby. He was in the airline, shipping and retail industries prior to joining PCA in 1984. Daniel services the Asia Pacific market from his base in Sydney, Australia.

Wallace Devlin, JP, B.Sc, M.Sc, Ph.D : Research Advisor
When ICI Australia embarked on the Crosby Quality Improvement Process in 1989, Wallace Devlin had already held several senior positions in the company. ICI's directors appointed Wallace as Corporate Quality Manager with the role of facilitating the massive culture change required to succeed in an economy in recession and an industry where tariff protection was removed. Wallace spent five months at Philip Crosby's Quality College in the United States where he was trained as a Crosby Consultant. On his return to Australia he conducted seminars for over 1000 managers of ICI and a corps of 120 in-house instructors. He also took assignments Hong Kong, the Philippines and Malaysia. During his time in Malaysia he trained 240 in house trainers. Wal joined Group 4 TNT Security in 1994 and was appointed a board member in 1995. In 1996 he commenced his position with Philip Crosby Associates II (Asia Pacific) as Director of Client Services. He is now semi retired and lives in the Central West of New South Wales, Australia. He is heavily involved in local community matters and is great demand as a management consultant resource to rural industry. Wallace is a Justice of the Peace for New South Wales, he holds a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering, an M.Sc in Business Management and a Ph.D.
